Argentinian Culinary Journey: Empanadas, Wine, and Chimichurri Exploration

Prepare one of Argentina’s most popular and ancient recipes.


Together we’ll make the dough and cook the filling based on meat and vegetables (vegetarian option available). You’ll learn all the tricks and details while learning about the local culinary culture.

You’ll also learn how to make «Chimichurri,» one of the traditional sauces that is always present on the Argentine table.


In this class, you’ll taste 3 different wines from 3 different wine regions of Argentina: Mendoza, Salta, and Patagonia, and you’ll learn to distinguish the particularities of each grape variety (Malbec, Torrontés, and Pinot Noir).


You’ll travel through Argentina through this particular selection of wines.
